    Come downtown and relieve yourself of the time constraints of the meters! Park in any of our five downtown public garages and shop or eat with the particpating merchants to receive a free garage validation voucher(s)! Santa Rosa Downtown Market

The Santa Rosa Downtown Market (Wednesday Night Market) is Sonoma County's largest and most popular Farmer's Market and street fair. Every Wednesday night, from May thru September, the Downtown Market brings the community together to celebrate and showcase the bounty of Sonoma County by offering fine foods, fresh produce, a variety of entertainment, and handmade arts and crafts.  Market hours are from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  For more information, click here.

Luther Burbank Rose Parade & Festival

Get ready for the 116th annual Luther Burbank Rose Parade & Festival! Winding its way through the streets of downtown Santa Rosa's Courthouse Square, beautiful floats, colorful clowns and marching bands will delight kids of all ages! The parade will start at the Sonoma Avenue and E Street and proceed north on E Street turning left onto 4th Street and proceed west on 4th Street to Santa Rosa Avenue where the parade will disband. The parade lasts about 2 hours but be sure to get there early and claim your spot as this is one of the hottest tickets in town!

The Amgen Tour of California

For the fifth consecutive year, Santa Rosa will host the Stage 2 Finish of The Amgen Tour of California! Join us at noon in Courthouse Square for festivities including activities, music and vendor booths then get ready to cheer on the cyclists as they enter downtown between 3:00 and 4:00 (ETA). A great event for the entire family!

Peggy Sue's All American Cruise

This three day event (6/11-6/13) rolls through downtown's Courthouse Square on Saturday, June 12th from 6:00p-9:00p for the Cruise Downtown portion of Peggy Sue's All American Cruise. Join us for a car show like no other! Car enthusiasts and non-enthusiasts alike will be in awe of American made models dating from the early 1900's to 1976, the Horseless Carriage, the restored Vintage and Antique cars and trucks, Hotrods, Roadsters and Customs that not only take you back in time but show the workmanship and dedication it takes to recreate any one of these classic cars or trucks.

Downtown Santa Rosa Tree Lighting & Merchant Open House

Kick off the holiday season at our Downtown Merchant Open House from 12:00pm-5:00pm. Festivities abound including free kids activities and crafts, sales and specials, free gift wrapping, goodies to eat, validated garage parking and live music! Check back for event details and participating merchants.

The fun continues with Free Children's Activities in the square beginning at 5:00.

The Sutter VNA & Hospice Lights of Life Tree Lighting Program begins at 6:00 with more kids crafts, story time, a visit from Santa, Downtown Gift Basket raffle, live music from the Santa Rosa Children's Chorus and of course, the magical and memorable candle lighting and tree lighting ceremony.
